As a University of Toronto Faculty of Architecture graduate from 1992, Susan has had the privilege of practicing architecture for over 30 years. During that time, she has learned that approaching a project with an open mind and no preconceived ideas leads to the most successful designs. She prides herself on being an option provider by drawing upon her years of experience in design and construction.
Susana Marques, B.Arch.
Principal Designer / 3D Artist
Susana Marques is a Ryerson University graduate with a combined 18 years of work experience from working in several medium size architectural firms and, more recently, as an independent freelancer in the architectural and interior design field. Passionate about residential and small buildings, Susana has worked on projects ranging from small residential garages to large cottages, educational & community buildings.
Rick Pomerleau, Diploma Computer Programming
Project Manager / I.T.
Rick is proud to be considered a lifelong learner with a thirst for knowledge. After successful working over 20 years in the Sales and Marketing industry, he went back to school. In 2015 he graduated from Sheridan College’s Computer Programming course.
Carmen Szeto, B.Arch
Project Manager
Carmen Szeto brings 15 years of experience in design, construction and project management. After graduating from Ryerson University in 2007, she worked for a design-build company for several years on projects ranging from pre-design to project completion. After that time, she joined an Architecture firm and spent 11 years designing and managing many municipal buildings including arenas, fire halls and university building projects. Most recently she worked as a project manager in the public sector managing state of good repair projects at the St. Lawrence Market south building.
Arabella Cuvin, B.Arch
Designer
Arabella graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2023 and joined Lennox Architects. She has accumulated 3.5 years of experience, both at Lennox and through various internships in architecture, landscape and urban design, and construction. Notably, she has contributed to the millwork and furniture design of a cottage and played a role in the design of gardens part of the 2024 Paris Olympic Village.
